Arcturus Completes Airborne on Nus Gold Property in Colombia

Arcturus Ventures Inc. (TSX-V:AZN, “Arcturus”) is pleased to announce the completion of a 570 line km airborne magnetic and radiometric survey of all 3 license areas in the Nus project. The survey was completed by MPX Geophysics Ltd. of Ontario, Canada.

The survey was performed with a 50m line spacing to allow Arcturus to identify structures and mineralized areas for follow-up exploration, particularly where there may be little to no surface expression or outcrop. Preliminary results, including Total Magnetic Intensity and Total Count Radiometrics have been provided with final data expected soon. Arcturus will have the final data interpreted for most effective identification of exploration targets for a program planned for this year.

While proper interpretation will follow the release of final data, Arcturus is pleased to report that even the preliminary map of the Nus block clearly shows a trending structure parallel to the Nus lineament and potentially related sub-structures in the southwest of block. Given the southwest area of the Nus block was also where gold anomalies were found in soil on a past survey and where historical artisanal mining has been performed, Arcturus believes this area is highly prospective for a Gramalote-style gold deposit. This will be a likely area of focus for the work program planned in the coming months.
