Arcturus Ventures Inc. (TSX-V:AZN, “Arcturus”) has been informed by the City of Whitehorse (“the City”) that the City will not allow the proposed drilling program on the Lewes property as they believe the area is not appropriately designated for that use. Arcturus strongly disagrees with the City’s decision and is consulting with legal counsel and advisors to decide on the appropriate course of action. The Lewes drilling program will be postponed until a resolution is found.
