Blake Macdonald
President and Director
With over 40 years of experience in the mining exploration industry, Mr. Macdonald has worked in mining exploration, in North, Central and South America. During the last 20 years he has served in management or as a director for approximately 12 publicly traded companies. He obtained a BA in Commerce at Simon Fraser University.
Raz (Shiraz) Hussein
CFO, Secretary and Director
Mr. Hussein has been the Company’s Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since November 17, 1998. Mr. Hussein has been the President of Razzle & Company, Management Group Inc. since Oct 1988, a private company which provides accounting, administrative and financial services to public and private companies engaged in mineral exploration and development of diamonds, gold, copper and iron ore. He has over 15 years of experience as a chief financial officer, controller and an accountant in natural resource, retail and construction industries. Mr. Hussein has been active in the venture capital markets and has held various positions as officer and director of various reporting companies.
Tom Adamson
Director
Mr. Adamson has had a 40 year career in the technical, administrative and regulatory management of publicly-traded mineral exploration and development companies. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc.(geology) degree in 1967 and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C.
Jack McClintock
Director
Mr. McClintock has over 30 years experience in all facets of the mineral exploration business, including managing large exploration organizations. Mr. McClintock is the President and CEO of Savant Explorations Ltd. From September 2001 to November 2005, Mr. McClintock held various positions with BHP Billiton, the last position being global Exploration Manager. From January 2001 to August 2001 he was Exploration Manager — North and South America for Billiton PLC.
Brandon Macdonald
Vice-President of Business Development and Director
Brandon completed his MBA at Oxford University in 2007 where he graduated with Distinction. He also possesses a B.Sc. (geology) from the University of British Columbia and has field experience in Mexico, the Yukon and Nunavut.
Consultants and Advisors
Robert Stroshein
Robert Stroshein has over 35years experience in mineral exploration, development and mining. He is a graduate of University of Saskatchewan (B.Sc. 1973). Mr. Stroshein is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and provides geological consulting services to Arcturus Ventures Inc. as an independent “Qualified Person” as set out under NI 43-101.
Glen Macdonald
Glen Macdonald, P.Geo, has a B.Sc in Geology from the University of British Columbia and over 35 years of exploration experience throughout Canada, the USA, Russia, South America and Africa. He has experience in base metals, gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones in a variety of geological styles.
Alberto E. Martinez
Alberto Martinez has over 30 years experience in the resource industry in Latin America including time with Intercor (Exxon), Greenstone Resources and Eldorado Gold Corp. He has B.Sc. Engineering from U. del Norte (Colombia) and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
