- The Nus Project consists of 3 license blocks (“Nus”, “El Rayo” and “El Rayito”) totaling 2605 hectares located in the Department of Antioquia, 85 kilometres from Medellin
- This important gold region contains old mines dating from the Spanish period as well as many notable active exploration projects
- B2Gold Corp and AngloGold Ashanti’s Gramalote Property is less than 2km across the valley from the Nus license block
- A soil geochemistry grid from the Nus License revealed several gold anomalies (greater than 10ppb) on the western side of the license area
- Also on the western side of the Nus license analysis of a rock sample taken from a quartz vein yielded 4989 ppb gold (approximately 5.0 g/t)
- The other two license areas, “El Rayo” and “El Rayito”, have not had a soil survey performed; however, amongst the scattered rock samples collected on these license areas, the two best analyses obtained were 620 ppb and 744 ppb gold
- Arcturus Ventures Inc has agreed to acquire a 90% interest in the Nus licenses from Colombian Mines Corporation (TSX-V:CMJ)
